I pulled the dryer apart. Very simple. Just watch the motherboard. Dryers are a great DIY project. Few parts to pull apart and one inside easy to replace parts. I had a burnt-out igniter for the gas. At the same time, I replaced thermistor, thermostat and thermal fuse. I broke the plastic door switch. Go slow and you will be good.
