We replaced a thermostat which instantly fixed the issue. (Which took all of 15 minutes). Your people were great on the phone, I explained what was going on with our dryer and your sales agent suggested a couple of issues which could of been causing the problem. She informed me that it could be 1 of 3 thermostats. Since this dryer is in a rental unit I needed to get the dryer running asap and could not afford to go thru the process of elimination in finding the correct t-stat, she (your sales agent) suggested buying all of the thermostats, troubleshooting which one needed replacement and returning the ones not needed. This type of customer service is not seen often anymore and was greatly appreciated.
