My daughter and I took back off and after watching your video we changed heating element. That didn't fix the whole problem, so we took off area where blower wheel is and discovered the whole center, where it is supposed to attach to shaft, was completely gone. The seals were pretty shot too. We could not get all plastic off shafts to motor so replaced it too. Your videos were extremely helpful. Thank you.
