I messaged a person on Sears.com to ask what the problem could be. The told me that it was probably the door switch. So, I watched a quick video on applianceparts.com to see how to replace the part, ordered the part, and installed it. Bam! Done. It worked. This whole process was fast & easy. Did I mention that I am a single, 53yr female?
