Watched the video supplied by AppliancePartsPros. The Maytag was slightly different from the Kenmore in the video. But very close. The top did not ‘hinge’ back. Had to remove the 2 metal tabs with 2 screws each and pull the top forward to remove it. It did not have spring release tabs. Otherwise pretty much straightforward. The replacement part did not look the same as the original, but the fit and function were good.
