We tried to hook it up without success. We then called in for support. We spoke to a representative who was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She walked us through the changes that had happened on our stove which made our attempt unworkable. It is working great now. We so appreciate the help we received. Thank you! We will be ordering again when we have a need.
