Gary L St Louis , MI February 23, 2021 Dual electric burner. We could not control temperature, suspected the burner switch was bad. I got online and found AppliancePartsPros.com. I found others had the same problem, and had replaced the switch, with my model number your rep got me the exact switch and a video on how to change it.
