Replaced suspension support rods. Replacement quite easy once top off. Samsung warranty work had been performed previously, so two bolts installed to keep top from popping off. Took awhile to get them off. Able to get one off with a socket and extender from below after removing back panel. Other bolt closer to the front. Needed to use 13 mm open ended wrench turning at most 1/8th turn at a time.Very little room to work on top of the tub. Very easy to drop tools and parts down into machine area.
