New Whirlpool Electric Range had their idea of saving electricity by limiting the electric coils capability. Either the coils would get red on one or two coils, either in the middle or on the outside, and created more of electric energy than what is normal. When it takes 10 minutes for a small pan of water to come to a complete boil, so much for that energy efficiency. Repair person came and through much reading found that Whirlpool had put in these newer type coils.
After receiving my new coils from Appliance Parts, 5 minute installation with no tools and now we have boiling water with all coils turning red, in less than a minute on high.
