I normally don't write reviews about products unless I truly have a fantastic experience. The reason for this review is for my appreciation for the videos on how to replace the parts for your appliances. My electric dryer was overheating and then shutting off with error code "he". When searching for parts, your site came up and although NOT the least expensive, I paid more because of the fact that I understand the videos you provide cost money and I wanted to pay my share for offering that excellent content. Watching the video for replacing the Thermal Fuse, Thermostat and Thermistor, I was successfully able to make the repairs myself, saving at least half the cost of having an appliance repair company do it for me. As it turns out, I didn't need the Thermistor, but for the extra $14, I bought it just in case. Another point about the videos, they mention in the beginning WHY you may need to replace that part which are the clues needed to buy the right parts. If you are mechanically inclined, the videos are a goldmine and enable the do-it-yourselfers the opportunity to both learn something and successfully repair their appliances. Kudos!
