Replaced the lower heating element in the oven. The 2 screws holding the existing element were hex head and the 2 screws holding the electrical wires to the element were hex head so I used a nut driver to loosen these screws. For the new element the 2 screws for the electrical wires were phillips head screws so I used a phillips screwdriver to fasten the element. The existing hex screws are used to attach the element in the oven. The most difficult part was that this new element has slots for the holding screws and this requires you to adjust the position of the element in the oven so the element is level side to side and parallel to the oven bottom and all 3 supports touch. This is done leaning over the door with your head inside the oven loosening and tightening these screws.
