Needed a special 6-point screwdriver. Luckily, my set had a selection of bits for that. One of the tabs in the new part broke off, but managed to secure it all the same, with the master screw. Had to remove the interior part of the door to do the repair, but a second set of hands made that go well. Took about 30 minutes to do the whole job.
