After finding this website I ordered the necessary parts. What a life saver. I had to laugh after reading the one person had a broken endcap for 2 years. Ours has been broken for almost TEN years. The fixing was very easy. I wasn't sure what to use to loosen the screws at first, but I removed the tip on my changeable tip screwdriver and it fit perfectly on the nut(s). The hardest part was cleaning all the parts and the fridge where the parts were removed in order to fix. My only problem was when the door shut and the pantry glide separated. I recommend making sure they are both pushed in when removing the large plastic drawer. Thank goodness my husband helped. The glide had a small bend and he straightened it out. Once this was fixed it was full steam ahead. I can't BELIEVE I waited 10 years to fix!! It's like a new fridge again! Ahhhhhh!??
