Customer service in the reviews continue to tell people to remove the 3 screws to remove the end cap. Not ALL end caps have screws, mine does not. You pull out the tab in the center and lift up the end cap. The repair is easy, however, I will not put my lid back on until I replace this fridge or move! Too expensive to fix and the lid is not needed anyway!
