V Michael L Roseburg , OR July 22, 2019 An error code, would not drain I replaced the drain pump motor. I called 2 repair services that would work on Samsung washers. Neither returned my call. I had the part shipped overnight and fixed it in less than an hour. The video was easy to follow. The washer is working fine and I still have not heard from the repair services.
