Got a price from a repairman of $120 for the parts and $80 labor. Checked out the parts here and they were $80, watched the videos and figured I could do it myself. Ordered the parts and they arrived in 2 days. Unplugged the washer, disconnected the hoses. My washer has a stand up panel, took off the cover, wrote down where everything was connected then switched out the hot water valve first, then the cold water valve. The entire process took 45 minutes and would have been shorter but I did a couple unnecessary and forgot to pay attention to which screws went where.
