After determining the meaning of the error code, I tried the easy fixes suggested in the manual - check the filter screens in the water supply inlets, checked the water drain hose wasn't clogged. Using an online video, I removed the top panel of the washing machine. The solenoids (part of the cold and hot water inlet valve assemblies) were covered with corrosion & rust. Ordered both parts from AAP. Installation was easy - four screws, unclamp and disconnect several small hoses, and disconnect the electrical connectors to the corroded solenoids. Remove the old inlet valve assemblies. Install the new parts, reconnect hoses and electric bits, reconnect hot & cold water supply, turn on the water, plug the washer, and done.
