I had an appliance repair guy come and he told me it was possibly the vent assembly but if changing it didn't fix the problem it would be the control board next. He felt it was not worth the money to repair because he would have to disconnect everything just to get to the vent on the right rear top of the dishwasher. When i took the DW out thinking i had to buy a new one i saw this part was stuck open and covered in limescale deposits and grime.I ordered the part from appliance pros and payed an extra 6 dollars for 2 day delivery, it arrived the next day !!!!! Simple to install, there is a plastic locking ring inside the dishwasher and a plug for the wiring, thats it. My dishwasher is running great now....... THANKS !!!!!!
