After reading about the F11 code, I learned the problem was with either the CCU or the MCU control boards. I replaced the CCU first, however I still received the F11 code. I returned the CCU for a full refund,minus shipping and ordered the MCU. After installing the MCU the washer works great. It was very easy to install and the video provided by AppliancePartsPros was a great help.
