Replace ignitor.
In 2019 we had an appliance person come out because it would take more than 1 start attempt to get it to actually heat. After he was here, it worked better for a while but we ordered the ignitor from you to have it on hand. Then almost 3 years later, it did not heat at all and we were going to replace it. Unfortunately, when we took it out of the package it came in but the ignitor was broken. So..we had to order another. The initial one we ordered was from you but the package was not as good compared to the one we just received. This last one was in 2 boxes, with lots of bubble wrap, and it was super well protected. We looked at the youtube videos and just worked through the steps of replacing it and now voila, the oven works again. We were a bit anxious and fearful that this one would also break, a relief that all is well.
