Originally I got error F 21 and from directions in my users manual I cleaned my filter trap which didn't have much in it. After draining the water from a second load and getting the same error again I opted to order a new pump. The pump install was relatively easy, be sure to connect your hoses first before mounting, it will save a lot of cussing. New pump was so much quieter and my machine is up and running perfectly.
