I was doubtful at first that I wanted the hassles of repairing an oven. Your website and repair videos were extremely helpful, so I decided to go ahead with repairing my oven. Following the troubleshooting instructions, the issue was my oven igniter (had an open circuit). Ordered a replacement igniter from you, and it arrived faster than expected, with a complete kit of parts and an instruction sheet (screws, wire nuts, etc). Disconnected AC cord. Removed oven door, racks, bottom cover, drawer. Removed burner and old igniter. Detached old igniter from burner. Mounted new igniter on burner. Cut off and stripped the wire-ends with connectors from old igniter and attached to the pre-stripped wire-ends of the new igniter, using supplied ceramic wire-nuts. Re-attached burner/igniter. Re-connected igniter wires and tucked wires away. Tested. Replaced bottom cover, racks, oven door, drawer. Tested again.
