Took less than 10 minutes to replace original glass and plastic lid with metal washer lid (WP8572026). Just used a Hex head screw driver to take off the screws of the broken lid. Pulled the broken lid up vertically. Replaced it with the new lid hinge arms (WP8563964). Inserted the screws (WPW10119828). Tightened with a Phillips screwdriver. Saved time and money ordering everything from here. Rather than looking for the screws in home improvement stores.
