As others have experienced, my freezer first showed intermittent problems with the interior light. Eventually, the door temperature display showed nonsense segments and the freezer stopped cooling. I ordered this replacement control board, which does not include the white plastic bezel. The instructions shipped with the board incorrectly indicate that the bezel can be removed with the use of a putty knife from the top to release retaining tabs. In fact, the design of the bezel is such that its removal requires enough force to break some of the tabs. Then replacement of the board is fairly easy, Fortunately, the bezel can be reused and is still retained in the freezer door adequately even with its broken tabs.
Overall, this was not a particularly difficult repair and it completely restored the freezer operation.
