Used digital multi meter to measure voltage at compressor and capacitor (good) then measured the voltages for defrost switch (good). Moved to the thermostat and found 0 volts.
Ordered thermostat and replaced it. Running like new.
It took me longer to clean the inside than it did to replace the part.
