I called two different local appliance repair companies. First one said be doesn’t fix Samsung appliances and suggested I call Samsung directly and the second one said Samsung no longer carries the parts and since my appliance is already 8 years old, I would be best off buying a new one! That was all the motivation I needed to roll up my sleeves and get educated! I watched a very good YouTube video and found the parts online.
