I have a ge refrigerator side by side . I noticed everything in my freezer was thawing out. I removed everything and placed it in my chest freezer. I then removed the interior panels and the ice maker to tryto figure out what was wrong. Once everything was removed I noticed the fan motor wasn't running and the evaporator was froze up. I went on to sears web site and ordered a fan motor. It was going to take a week to get it in. So I canceled the order and ordered it through appliancepartspros it was cheaper and received it in two days. It took about 30 minutes to install it and is back freezing down and doing great.
