I replaced the defrost timer.
The hardest part was finding the timer itself. Diagram shows it inside the freezer in the control box by thermostat however it was not. Called Appliance parts pros and a nice young lady looked up my model and gave me more options on where to look for it. It ended up looking at the back of the freezer on the bottom left side of freezer tucked away. Appliance parts was amazing- ordered part late morning one day and received it early afternoon the next day. I would recommend Appliance Parts Pros!
