I was very fortunate to find your website as I was looking for help in trying to understand how my refrigerator works to cool the fresh food section. When I clicked on the item I thought I needed to replace and found a video showing how to disassemble and reassemble the part, I was blown away with the professionalism that you have put into developing this site. I ordered the parts (a new damper assembly), installed it and two days later after the temperatures stabilized, I have a great functioning refrigerator. I did not need to install the temperature sensors. Thanks for the great website!!! Keep up the good work!!!
