Replaced both top and bottom door cams. The upper cam was completely missing it’s teeth. I took the bottom hinge off while supporting the fridge door with a stack of books. I then took the top hinge off and turned the door upside down. This made it easy to get at the upper cam to replace it. I replaced the lower cam and reinstalled the bottom hinge and put the door back. It now closes completely and stays closed.
