Noted evaporator fan wasn't running. Verified that I had voltage coming to the fan at connector (~13VDC on both the red and yellow wires). I also used a 9V battery and confirmed that the old evaporator motor was NOT functional:
Excerpt from the service manual:
Motors can be run for short periods using a 9-volt battery. Connect the white wire to the negative (-) battery terminal only. Connect the red and yellow wires to the positive (+) battery terminal.
Ordered the replacement part and once I got the new motor, I also verified it run with the same 9V battery test.
Installed and the system is now operating properly!
