First, went to Youtube to look for solutions. The most obvious was to go ahead and replace the control board. I first ordered from another source and then went back to read some of the reviews on that source. Also saw their address was a PO box. Many of the reviews mentioned their chat and phone lines were always busy. I called and found this to be true. I then cancelled the order and placed an order with Appliance Parts Pros. The part was shipped the same day and I received in three days. Easy installation but when I tried to enter the correct code # from the fridge, it didn't like. I called and received great assistance IMMEDIATELY. We worked through the issue and now I am a happy camper. The same day shipping and phone assistance were better than promised!
