The freezer section of this 2004 era fridge wasn't freezing and the fridge section was too warm as well. Compressor and fans seemed to be operating as expected but just not often enough. Suspected a bad cold control. temporarily bypassed cold control and freezer went to -10F so that verified proper operation of cooling section. Replaced cold control and defrost timer since they were both easily accessed. System operating properly now.
