As usual I contacted my favorite folks which was the Appliance Parts pros. I commenced to explaining to them my problem. Now let me explain here right here and now, I am not a technician in repair of freezers. So there. I do have a basic knowledge and that basically is all it took.So after speaking with a csr I was on the right road on repair of my unit. We spoke together I explained to the csr what the problem was. Then we put together a plan and the parts were ordered.What makes working with the Parts Pro so unique is this fact : They are patient and will do whatever it takes to get your unit back on the line and running.So there you have it . Piece of cake. In my case this unit would not go above 32 degrees. So parts pro explained to me that most likely it was the thermostat. Here again I must explain that if this was not the problem the parts pro csr told me I could repackage the part and send it back in and we would regroup and try again. So I ordered the part. It arrived and to work I went. Went on the website followed the easy customer friendly instructions. Magic! After installing the part I waited for approxiamately an hour and the unit was fixed.
