From the Appliance Parts Pros website and YouTube videos, I started with the most common problem these washers have, the Door Latch. The Door Latch replacement didn’t fix the problem, so I then went to the next most common problem, the Motor Control Board. Sounded pretty intimidating but after watching the videos, it looked doable. I had to remove the motor to get the control board in place, but that didn’t wind up being a big deal. I got all the wire connectors plugged back in and the washer is now working again. The repair video from Appliance Parts Pros was very thorough and well done and made the repair pretty simple. When they warn you that edges may be sharp you should believe them. I wound up covering the edges with duct tape after getting a small slice.
