When it did not drain after cleaning drain filter, we decided the problem was the pump. It made a low humming sound. After watching your how-to video, we decided it was not a hard job to replace.
Ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros, and my husband replaced the drain pump. Washer is back to working perfectly.
My only suggestion—if there is an easy way to flush the hoses inside the washer, we would have appreciated those instructions. We would have done that while the pump was off.
