Youtube was my first search on what was wrong, and how to take dryer apart.
One thing that was a snag in the project was when I removed the screws and released the top control panel, the wires would not permit it to be laied back in a safe manner. The control panel slipped off the back and fell, pulling several wires off the switches. I did find the wiring diagram tucked inside the control panel, and was able to put them back in the correct position.
Other than that, everything went smoothly.
