About a year ago I had an issue with the freezer not sealing well, had frost buildup etc. Bought a 'new' gasket from "another site on Amazon" that turned out to be neither a 'genuine OEM part' nor a good fit. So when the frost started getting heavy again (worse in fact than the first time) I ordered this one.
Basic install went smooth - was glad gasket was delivered in a proper box instead of all bunched up like the first time. With a bit of help holding (from my 10yo son) was able to get the door apart, gaskets swapped, freezer cleaned out (why not eh?) in less than an hour.
New gasket is noticeably better - 3 days later and no frost. Also door stays shut easier.
