David W New Franklin , OH January 24, 2016 Frozen coil and ice in bottom of upper compartment been a recurring problem since unit was 2 years old I've cleaned the drain tube numerous times. Always freezes and plugs. Added a defrost tab down into drain tube, missing from factory. This time defrost heater bad. Replaced heater, bi-metal switch and temp sensor.
