After I open the unit I saw the silicone brushings were worn and a felt brushing out of place. I ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros.com, it was the first time I used them. I ordered on a Sunday night, standard shipping, and had them by Wednesday. I replaced the brushings without a hitch and now it's running good as new!
