I read your posts about the same issues. The issue was repeated frequently and the solution was always the same. The mother board needs to be replaced. We followed the steps of determining the error code, which said the door isn't closed. We also made the same attempts to fix by turning off power to the unit which stopped working as well. So, I used the links in the post for the part needed and the how to install the new part. We also used the install video to uninstall and check for the error code. We ordered the part next day air and it arrived on Tuesday with a Sunday order. I verified the part number with the GE parts book. The installation instructions were 100% correct. We of course killed the power to the dishwasher before doing anything. The entire uninstall-install new part process took less than 30 minutes for sure. The part worked great and our marriage survived the repair process! Thank you.
