I watched the video and bought a new damper kit, thanks to your recommendation. I tore open open the old damper assembly, and sure enough it was broken! My replacement took :15 minutes and I did it with food in the frig! Since I couldn't UN-plug my frig (too tight fit) so I popped the circuit breaker and changed it all in :15 min. Ha!
