Extremely helpful and insanely fast shipping plus very helpful DIY videos on their website. I got our dishwasher working after rerouting the previous homeowner's attempt at plumbing but it was leaking. I checked out their website and in their parts list for this model they had failure percentages on each gasket in the machine, ordered 2 small gaskets that together were responsible for 40% of the failures, Installed them, and fixed the leak for 40 bucks, took about 10 minutes to install.
