Ordered everything I needed from Appliance Parts Pros and two screws later, we have lots of ice and now the crushed ice option works perfectly.
Also: the APP customer service rep really went above and beyond in helping me when my packages were sent to the wrong Address by FEDEX. I got my packages and the rep was sending replacement items IF necessary- thank you all!
