The bottom door switch was the culprit. I ordered the parts on a Saturday and they arrived on Monday. I followed the instruction video and it was very easy to make the repairs myself. All I needed was a Phillips screwdriver and a Torx screwdriver to complete the repair. Took about 30 minutes. Thanks for great service and instructions!
