I took apart the dryer and found missing socks in the vent motor, which spins to shoot out the lint thru the back. Once I took apart the dryer I saw several socks caught in the turbine that spins. It was not spinning at all, I carefully removed the socks and tried spinning it. It worked. So I ordered a new lint filter and cover. Once the parts arrived I put everything back together and my dryer is running like brand new. I couldn't of done this without your excellent video's and help from your staff.
