I performed a little research on the AppliancePros website and quickly found the part that I would need to repair the issue. The repair video was extremely helpful. I did have an issue separating the upper portion of the agitator from the lower portion. I reviewed the forum at AppliancePros and found others had a similar issue. I was able to separate the two pieces simply by using more force. Once I had the two pieces separated. The repair was very easy and as described in the repair video.
