Chuck J Monkton , MD March 01, 2016 Handle broke at screws Replaced with new handle. Door separated very easily including the 3 latches at the hinge which fell apart easily. Once outer shell was separated, you can lie it face down on a surface and reach the lower screw which in my case was embedded behind foam insulation. Screw the new handle on and pop the outer door (shell) onto the stationary microwave door. Easy way to line the outer door height is to pay attention to the top right corner control panel and vent across the top. Good Luck!
