Elke S Altoona , WI July 15, 2015 Appliance: Model JVM1340AW002 Handle broke on top and bottom Got the Make and Model from inside of microwave. Googled it. Website link popped up. Ordered item and it arrived within 48 hours. Googled change handle on microwave, followed instructions and all is well again. Not the greatest design of a handle due to no metal insert for screw. Handle is a bit pricey but beat the alternative of a major project to remove microwave and replace. Easy fix. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
