Using information from several how-to videos (there are many models of Whirlpool Duet), and parts ordered from appliancepartspros.com, I replaced the heating element (which was found to be warped, cracked, and the element broken), in addition to the rollers and drum belt. I spent additional time for the repair than was necessary for the heating element, not just for the rollers and belt, but for cleaning. My dryer was filthy.
